As I can see on cash flow statement, company inventories value of 100mil not yet cash out, if company plan to buy and use the money in future, company cash only left 25mil and tat not enough cash flow to give more dividend.

Cash in hand 127 million, current assets 428,434m, current liabilities 225,843m,Current ratio < 0.6 , healthy balance sheet. Always can borrow money for expansion.
