看到业绩报告，公司有钱就买地，有钱就继续发展，股息虽然少少，但真的被低估了，可是未来潜能要等机会爆发才可以。比如说股票数量有更多的流通性，基金才会买入，或是派息更大方一点也可以让股价有一点催化的作用。

公司的生意不怕没有，就是怕成本太高而已，但公司已经实行2024 -2029成本节制计划，接下来要继续监督管理层的能力了。

Hold until next QR to see if got any improvement. So far overseas contracts is good. Need improvement on overall cost optimisation.
Might buy to get average price down. Share price may make a come back in future. Hold tight.
