而且公司似乎有趁着财报最不漂亮的时候想要低价买回的迹象，impairment loss基本上就是会计调整，又不是实际亏损，对公司实质上是没有影响的，但这个时候私有化，就感觉是捡便宜

Yes will delisted, if SCR approved ikan bilis shareholders only wait for receive money from own CDS account and the price is fixed, the answer from Google ai Gemini
