lol, adama. hopefully forum users can understand that such transactions are not retail operations and thinking that your commentary thread here is creating fear :)
tnb is right. i was a bad guy speculating without 100% solid proofs but i already turned over a new leaf today. I am no longer a bad guy but a good guy promoting hopes for all mygg shareholders...
I honestly can’t stand people like Adama who do nothing but spread fear and panic.
We need to stay strong, stay confident, and trust Mr Wong to lead the company and take us to new heights. We believe in the vision, we believe in the leadership, and we’re in this for the long haul

Bye dont like to see panjant talk cock story . Just trade dont invest in this company will do, still no evident of fault doing but this like some Ai company that need a lot up front. Ash for development before u can see any free cash flow from the company even though their profit margin is super high.
There is only one substantial shareholder and its the boss himself/Asia Internet Holdings. If there are more than one substantial shareholder, then, it will raise even more questions :)
“The Board of Directors of Zetrix AI wishes to announce that the Company's Share Registrar had on 17 September 2026 received the sealed ad-interim injunction granted by the High Court of Kuala Lumpur dated 14 September 2026 filed by a substantial shareholder of the Company to prevent the payment of the cash dividend to certain central depository system accounts ("CDS Accounts") for which the substantial shareholder has claimed to be the beneficial owner and cited the failure of the nominees to comply with the instructions to elect to receive DRP shares in lieu of cash.” Baffling & perplexing - there is only 1 Substantial Shareholders as per latest Annual Report as at 1 April 2026 and all Bursa Announcements todate :-| Likely to be linked to issues at Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd !
cash eq in the balance sheet is not a scam but it is not making money either. to make it even worse, the digital assets captured in the current assets are not physical or liquid assets that can be used to pay dividend or corporate debt. it goes back to the big question mark of what are those development assets/costs that are in billions :) there is practically no more liquid cash without sukuk drawdown in last qr.
the announcement is showing another potential problem with zetrix, restia. You can look at the drp announcement which is back in early aug and the ex date is 18th Aug. either 0.67 per share drp or 0.0289 cash dividend. the boss total shareholdings as of 17th Aug is approx 2.3bil shares and that will translates to ~66mil in cash dividend. the boss is now using court order to stop this cash payment and turn the clock back to before 18th Aug and changed his decision to choose drp instead. 66mil is a substantial amount for Zetrix as it is not generating cash based on its financial reporting.
Ladies and gentlemen, They are telling you: “Oh, someone changed his mind! He wants to turn the clock back!”FAKE NEWS!Absolutely FAKE NEWS! Here are the FACTS. Two point three billion shares. Multiply that by 2.89 sen. That is approximately RM66.5 MILLION.
And yes, there is a court injunction. That's FACT.And yes, the shareholder says his nominees did not follow his instructions to elect DRP instead of cash. That's FACT too.But then they say: he suddenly changed his mind after 18 August!
NO. NO. NO.That is NOT what the announcement proves. That's their INTERPRETATION.And then we hear another one...Zetrix cannot generate cash!
WRONG!Completely WRONG!Zetrix DOES generate operating cash. The real question is how much cash comes in versus how much they spend on development, acquisitions and debt.
So let's be very clear.RM66 million? FACT. Court injunction? FACT. DRP dispute? FACT. Bossku suddenly changed his mind? NOT PROVEN.
Zetrix cannot generate cash? FALSE.
You take one FACT, add two assumptions, make it sound dramatic, shout it very loudlyAnd suddenly...
FAKE NEWS!We don't need fake news.
We need FACTS.THE REAL FACTS.
And the facts are very, veryinteresting. Believe me. 😂 The real fact is, these people are the middlemen who earn commissions whenever you buy or sell. The only thing that makes you trade is GREED and FEAR and sometimes, those emotions are manufactured to make you act.
So always ask yourself: who benefits when I press BUY or SELL?
You are welcome, Restia. More to come as basically the court order is also implying brokers/banks holding his pledged shares did not trigger/act on his decision before 18th Aug the ex date. If that's the case, the brokerage/banks system tak boleh pakai? the limit down aka margin call is on 28th Aug which was way past the ex date :)
The answer is in the qr report and annual report, mimic2. Qr report as of June - sukuk drawdown 512mil. Annual report 2025, sukuk wakalah raised from 1bil to 2bil and as of Jul'25, 1.49bil has been withdrawn. So, 512mil is not pluck from sky and that means no more money can be withdrawn from sukuk wakalah. Let's not forget the figures in qr are as of Jun'26. Shares buyback, expenses + "usual" development costs can come up to easily 500mil per qtr based on the 1H2026 trends.
Cheng, Ya, Zetrix has already fully utilised its Sukuk Wakalah facility, so it can’t borrow any more from the Sukuk Wakalah.
If we look at the latest Q2 financials, Operating Cash Flow was RM557M, Investing Cash Flow was -RM1,135M, and Financing Cash Flow was RM587M.
Very roughly speaking, Zetrix had a funding gap of around RM300M each quater in order to maintain its existing operations and investments. also if you include the acquisition, share buybacks and dividends, the gap could easily reach RM400m–RM500m in this quater.
Compared with its current cash balance of around RM541M, and we're already at the end of Q3, so Zetrix should be looking to refinance very soon.
