苹果的N1 chip已经逐渐取代broadcom的芯片，而主要inari的RF business只会越做越小，而且这是inari的80％营收来源。

最怕就是不确定性，会布局但不一定成功，这种资本支出是很大的，又没有稳定的收入来源做支撑，又把全部现金拿去收购lumiled, 别right issue就好。
