还不懂，但是未來5年肯定有影響，LRT有经过the light city, 没有过queensbay 和gurney。而且bukit jambul對面會建另外一個mall under Huaza PIcc也是有LRT在旁邊

@gigi I don't think Ekovest will declare any special dividend. Botak will kena dividends tax next year.

If ekovest holding 60% of Kesturi, and the highway worth 5000mil, meaning ekovest got around 3000mil worth of highway. But why the NTA of ekovest so low....

@Tim NTA是因为Revaluation of Properties，会有加有减，没有关系到业绩，业绩好会improve PE,而不是NTA。
