Not possible increase price already , since big boss already keep purchase below 2.35 after announcement as the announcement you see , if increase mean illegal deal , Genting others share holders can sue plus now confirmed owned over 60% , more no need to consider . Plus Genting need Genm fund to investment , if increase price , then out of the purpose

Meaw, the official Offer is not even out yet, what do you mean by illegal increase? 4.10 actually permits GenT to increase the offer price (2 days before closing) during the offering period (21 days min). And any such increase would apply uniformly to all shareholders, including those who had already accepted the offer, so no one should complain. GenT launches this take-over as GenM shares are very undervalued, that's the reason. Also, I don't believe GenT owns 60%, it's more like 50% +/-.
