the difference between natgate and serba is in its historical cashflow and geographical revenue origin. serba claimed revenue came from middle east (if i remember correctly), this is very difficult to audit and verify, like many red chips in bursa last time. natgate's revenue mostly come from malaysia and singapore, this is totally different.
