问题就出在股市是不理性的，即使公司基本面稳定或已经回复，只要市场共识还没形成，股价还是会滞后，你需要预计多一点时间，预计越短时间，风险越大。价格（price）是基本面（profit）和市场共识（valuation）共同推动，profit好但是valuation不好，股价也是会下跌。希望有解答到你的疑惑。

我很欣赏你对于基本面分析的深度理解，但是我觉得这种方法过于精算了，我会算ROE PB PE 之类但是也止步于此，我觉得再深入多一点的东西不适合量化，应该是qualitative analysis会更准确。

actually dividend distribution cant prove anything, as long as they still have retained earning, they can distribute. What I want to stress here is accounting interpretation cannot be so shallow, you must understand the business to do interpretation. evaluating one company's financial situation merely using financial ratios/indicators shows that you are still in beginner's level. I am telling putin.
