bought too many reits to understand clearly that any reits price won't survive once they announce cut dividend.

market will price in the cut and adjust accordingly back to 6-7% div rate pricing only become support level.

Safe assumption : next div payout rm0.04 + current rm0.029 : To get a safe 6% return, the pricing would be RM1.1.

If next div return is still same rm0.029 then pricing need to be rm1.00 to get a 6% return.

Take into consideration of foreign currency AUD risk and asset heavy, i will only consider at rm1.00 as margin of safety.

For now. 6% return most bank stocks can give this rates. Won't consider this REIT for now.
