It seems like it drop a little too much than expected, I wonder is there any big player purposely doing this or not, so they easier to pump later on. Because if observe by ticks, almost every time the big drop is caused by someone dumping large amount of unit in one shot
No idea, can only wait. Not the only counter suffers during this period of uncertainty from various factors. However during uncertain times, either keep cash(if scared of risks) , or choose stocks that is fundamentally strong, my personal opinion is fundamental beats everything else TA and whatsoever during turbulence times
Probably can, the new project have high margin of profit even without additional land sale, and if there’s new land sale then it will be a catalyst, in news it is said that they looking for buyer for their lands at right price. I doubt with so many boom in JB nobody wants to buy
Slowly drop… and break 1.3. After dividend pay out laosai until now. Just be cautious. As one year it hits all time high then start dropping until now.
Tech stocks generally is over goreng into far future potential earnings, while property stocks goreng is generally based on what they currently earning or atleast is in the foreseeable pipeline. For this counter there’s projects with high earning in the pipeline and massive land banks that is not reevaluated, it is worth more than this. However, the market sentiment now probably is that, it is not an attractive goreng counter now due to lack of “reason to goreng” hence cut loss and go elsewhere. I don’t know if all of these are a staged play or whatever, but since high value fundamentals are intact, time shall be the witness. Well that being said, I’m still wondering where is the bottom, and nobody knows
U wan to buy as cheap as possible isit? That’s why say 0.4? By norm if small cap company’s value is discovered, it jump several fold like this counter, but after goreng here and there, it almost never go back to such old price. As the public now discovered the potential earning of the company. I don’t know how far this laosai will be, but 0.4 seems abit far fetched, currently it is still within my cost, so I’m holding, bought it cheap previously, and slowly buy some , the beauty of mid-long game, don’t have to keep follow the market’s sentiment flow, abit abit panic , or abit abit hyper, just let it be

Well if the fundamental changed then it’s a different story I will agree with u fully, but since fundamental still intact with good overall revenue, and looks like still quite a number of volume buying up. The odds seems good, I will bet on the recovery, the only million dollar question is, what is the magic bottom price now
Nope I’m not comforting anyone over here, and I don’t think anyone’s buying and selling decision can be swayed so easily by what they read here. So here’s some of my opinion. As I’m in a rather neutral position over here, due to my low purchase price and not a short term trader nature, so I’m just slightly leaning towards the positive side. This company in my opinion is not the top of the cream kind of super fundamental, but atleast it is those that is well managed for a long period of time with undervalued assets.
Now drop mostly due to general stock environment, lack of stimulating news and possibly some big fund pulled out. Even with all those, it remain as a fact that the company is “discovered” by market , rather than hidden as previously for many years, so even if the price drop, my opinion is it is unlikely to go back to what is was, like most “discovered” company is. That being said, what magic number it is, we don’t know.
The math is simple actually.
Lousy company + stimulus news: hard to go up. But for good/decent company+ stimulus: very easy to go up. Evidently like all the previous trends. My opinion is since it seems hard to go back totally the way it was years ago, if the price somehow maintain within manageable level, with some stimulus it is easy to go up again. As I mentioned, take this with a grain of salt as all ceo/boss will boast about their company, the boss is looking for buyer at right price for its lands, I doubt with the economic boom now they will be having trouble finding buyer. But whether how u maximize ur profit by, if u think gonna drop further then cut loss now and buy back later with higher profit, but with risk of it won’t drop anymore and u regret missed the boat
Or just hold/buy at the price you feel comfortable with and wait for next catalyst, but with risk it drops further even with the condo revenue in pipeline+ regular revenue is totally your call. Above is just my personal view on the whole thing, take it with some grains of salt ya.
