Bargain price from Rm 4.50 before Bonus of 2 to 1, adjusted to 1.50. Lots of project launches and property sales gain. Potential high Dividend to be declared end March.

lowest PE property share compared to MAh Sing. Eco World, where price higher. Still have 2000 over acres to be developed. Projects near RTS launching soon.

Crescendo PE is low perhaps due to sale of land for now but once the land deal stops, PE may escalate.? Not sure if other earnings are up.

Very true ha ha, KSL is notorious for not paying dv. But if you buy on the right trend of the curve, it can yield very good returns of >40%.
For now, won't touch property in a big way. Perhaps nibble nibble in after May. Ha ha

Strongest Johor property play. Price down only because of Esos. B4 Share Split, Price was around Rm 4.50/3, i.e Rm 1.50. Superb results out at end March for 31/1/25. Hopefully will declare very good Dividends from its enormous profit.!!!

Whatever the gain if the mgt only thinking of themselves, not much can a minority shareholder to benefit from any increase in profits !

As of half yr. nett profit already 430 mil. Crescendo say after 31/7 further sales of 260 + 116 mil. Now another sales of 120 mil. Taking Nett profit margin of 50%, based on i3investor result. so Nett profit for 3rd qtr already 240mil. Total for 9 MTHS is 430 + 240 mil equals 670 mil divided by 840 mil shares. Eps already around 80 sen. It also started Share Buy Back at 1.40 which shows Price undervalued. In 2024 alone based on 280 mil shares b4 split. div is 18 +18 sen. Totals 36sen div for Rm 4.50 price b4 split. Dividend yield already 8% !!!! There is hope that another div will be announced maybe at End Dec for Q3/25.
