Don’t forget it has also launched its 315-acre township named Rimbawan in Genting on Oct 16. The GDV of this project is RM9.5 billion. It looks like it can break 70c barrier soon. Cheers!

Not all property counter drop badly….. it’s just LBS slowly drop back to August low point recently……Manage your risk and portfolio well…..it may be coming back or vice versa, market will decide it
All of us have access to the same news and information, and based on other forums I have seen, most retail investors are also puzzled why LBS is behaving as such, by going backwards despite having good news and performing....
Other areas like Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Melaka, Johor Bahru, & Cameron Highlands are some of the notable places that are considered developing and also congested, yet it does not stop Property Developer like MahSing, OSK, SP Setia, UEM, from developing new townships.
If congestion is your main concern, then Property Development and Construction Company might as well close down business.
There are still plenty of land in Genting and it is considered a tourist hotspot, therefore it is ideal to built new townships there to support the rising demand.
For many years, the roads up to Genting has always been challenging and dizzy, but yet thousands of people each day are still willing to go up, hence LBS's plan to build a new eco friendly township seems like a strategic plan in the long run.
Unless Genting build one more road to go up the hill, congested situation would not support huge property development in that area n revenue of Genting resort world not really growing fast in past few years .. Karak highway congested situation also getting worse in past 2-3 years...
