DY8%, 是上年的股息除于现在的股价。。股息派发是取决于公司目前的盈利和现有的盈利余额。。这视乎公司愿意从中派放几多股息给股东。 不能只看这指标。。但,根据过往记录，公司是愿意派发65%净盈利作为股息给股东。。

the spaces inside the mall...I just assume only...bcoz, I visit many malls, especially the mall under sunway, they always reuse some empty spaces for rent out...this also happened to mid valley

rental rate dropped to 99.3%, is it because recently has it expand the space for rent or is the rental transition during the closing report period? or even though the rate was dropped, is it the rental fee will increase time to time ?
