如果接下来的每个季度盈利和这次差不多。。。Kipreit 的股息要保持在7%左右，股价应该是会去到1.05左右。

這股7年來都派出6+％股息。但價位卻只介於8毛至9毛之間。可見其穩定性。即使重貸屋子來買也能賺回雙倍。
但想大漲，機率則不高。
應該是大馬最保值和收益的股。
基於市場定位，外圍因素影響不大。
管理層操作則比較需要關注。
