PETALING JAYA: Sunway Construction Group Bhd (SunCon) is set to boost its regional footprint in the mechanised precast concrete sector with its plant in Singapore, analysts say.
SunCon has partnered with Hong Leong-affiliated HL Building Materials Pte Ltd in a joint venture known as HL-Sunway JV Pte Ltd to operate the plant in Singapore.
KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Construction Group Bhd has secured a RM1.75 billion contract to build a hyperscale data centre in Bandar Serendah, Selangor, the company said in a bourse filing.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Construction Group Bhd (SunCon) is likely to win more than RM8 billion in new contracts for financial year 2026 (FY26), with year-to-date wins already totalling RM6.9 billion, said Hong Leong Investment Bank Bhd (HLIB).
The research house said the latest wins have lifted SunCon's unbilled order book to a record RM10.5 billion as at June 2026, about twice the amount of its FY25 revenue.
