绿盛世（ECOWLD，8206，主要板房产）计划以4亿230万令吉或每平方尺75令吉的价格，出售位于柔佛大马依斯干达特区的123.14英亩的工业地给微软旗下数据中心公司，土地价格更比最初收购价翻了5倍！

该地段是Eco Business Park VI（EBP VI）商业园内占地403.78英亩的一部分，绿盛世是在去年9月以每平方尺12令吉的价格收购这块地。初略计算，每平方尺75令吉的出售价，较购买价高出了5倍。

绿盛世向马证交所报备，公司以现金方式将土地出售给Microsoft Payments（马）私人有限公司，也是EBP VI商业园的首笔交易。

该公司预计，将于2025年下半年完成这项售地计划。
