In my opinion, kipreit and hektar will finally combine into one REIT called hexreit...this is because the top management keep imply that within 3 year to increase the net asset manage to and above 20bil++. Next year will be third year to final acquired the new mall, no enough based on the Management target but, combine two REIT will achieve it. haha
