收购自己公司的的工業廠房，那種廠房基本上有價無市，有圖利的嫌疑。 而且經濟風暴時，工廠廠房和高檔shopping mall 首當其衝，反而最初創始人經營的平價商場有比較好的護城河，就算是疫情時期仍然穩定派息。
