sorry to ask...for SMC case actually sunreit only treat as landlord for that "land" used by SMC and did not invest anything else like for expansion in SMC, am i right? in this case actually SMC IPO or not sunreit also just took same rental lol....sell that land and buy sth new when market bad might be good move also...
I feel when SMC going ipo at good price, the medical central need inside SMC for increase the NTA. For sunreit maybe can see management plan in TC2027.
