（吉隆坡16日讯）马星集团（MAHSING，8583 ，主要板房产）放眼，计划中的手套制造业务可在2021财年贡献25%净利，并计划在未来5年，将旗下制造部门上市香港交易所；其制造部门包括塑料、手套和医疗保健业务。



马星集团执行董事拿督黄宝成说，马星集团已经在马证交所上市，由于制造业务更多是供出口，更趋向于国际化，因此希望在流动性更高的港交所上市。

他指出，制造部门目前虽隶属马星集团，配合上市计划将有不同管理层。

“目前该部门已取得良好业绩纪录，为了能在香港上市，公司计划提升业绩表现。”

他今日在马星进军手套制造媒体汇报会上，如是指出。出席者还有掌管特别事务的首相署部长拿督斯里莫哈末里祖安 、马星集团创办人兼集团董事经理丹斯里梁海金、马星集团总执行长拿督何汉生和马星医疗保健总经理邱治荣等。

房产仍是核心业务

虽然进军手套业，但梁海金强调，马星会继续专注核心的房产业务，因为该行业正在复苏。

他认为，由于政局稳定，预计房市明年中旬将会逐步复苏；目前房产占集团总净利的95%，其余来自塑料为主的制造业务。

马星集团计划中的手套厂，首阶段每年最高产能将有36亿8000万只手套。该公司预计，2021财年手套业务将占集团净利25%以上，由于企业业务净利料超过25%，因此需要举行特别股东大会，以获得股东批准。

何汉生说，该公司手套业务首两条生产线将在明年4月投产，第一阶段共有12条生产线。

“随著手套制造工厂符合进度，估计此业务将能够快速地为公司带来销售，有望在明年次季带来营收。”
