Johor’s property market was remained flat in 3Q2025, with about 25,243 transactions recorded, based on data from Olive Tree Property Consultants. However, total transaction value actually jumped 19.5% YoY, from RM20.4 billion to RM24.4billion. Looks like higher-value properties and even interior design services are showing some pricing power.
