Not a bad long term investment at all if you're a set it and forget it kind of investor.

Look up TQQQ which is 3x leveraged ETF in NASDAQ100. Since fund inception in 2010 the return has been 81500%/81.5x as of 19 August 2020 market close.

Still have risks such as volatility decay and daily rebalancing costs that eats away at returns. Go research more on your own to assess for yourself.

Sam when there is an incredible rally on good stocks, it is not as worrysome as if it was bad stocks. Tech will continue to grow but the price has already factored in the next 10 years of growth and should underperform other sectors in the next decade. Perhaps there will be better investments/ return to value
