Sam when there is an incredible rally on good stocks, it is not as worrysome as if it was bad stocks. Tech will continue to grow but the price has already factored in the next 10 years of growth and should underperform other sectors in the next decade. Perhaps there will be better investments/ return to value

I agree that many USA equity might be overvalued now. Go for other counters until there is a crash or a correction, then buy in. Another method may be just Dollar Cost Average into this. No matter up or down just buy consistently every month. But this would be for super long term play, talking at least a couple decades.
