0.25 sen really looks kecil sangat
but to be fair, it’s not meant to be part of their core payout.

99SMART has already paid 4.5 sen this year,
and this is still a growth company opening stores,
building supply chain, even testing the China market

If you’re here purely for High yield, sure
this isn’t Maybank or a REIT

99 consider growth company and aiming for share capital gains ，not that tiny 0.0025 sen dividend

你就把它当成 0.0225 sen 一起看就可以了，都是同一天出，但公司特地把 0.0025 sen 叫做 Special Di 是有原因的

因为这笔不是长期承诺，明年不一定会再给
这次会加特别股息，多少也是因为政府 SARA 津贴 RM100带动消费，99 那季度的业绩 & 现金流真的有明显提升，公司赚多一点，顺便派一点小红包，算合理

但你要看清楚：
99 是一家高速扩张的公司，一年开几百家店，它是要留大量现金继续滚、继续扩张的，你看它的 PE 就知道市场是把它当成长股，不是高息股

普通股息 = 未来还会派
特别股息 = 这次额外奖励，明年不保证

如果它把 0.0025 直接塞进去普通股息，
以后不派，散户一定说公司“缩水”“派少了”“有问题”
现在分开来派，反而是对散户比较诚实
