I went to Paradigm mall over the weekend, it was crowded and with almost all shops occupied. Looks like it becomes one of the main malls in JB.

There are a few big projects where WCT has high chance, SARP, Penang Airport, REIT IPO, LRT PG, ETC. Hold long, may have good returns....
