想问，拿这个 reits 近期所派的股息0.05, 看到 0.03 是 taxable 而 0.018 是 non taxable 那么当股息派发时是直接收 0.018 吗？想了解实际情况

买了2次, 一次是 8.81 进，第二次是 8.78 虽然我觉得可以更便宜进。。。但我是买来存的所以慢慢来吧~ 有时看到它跌更低会觉得为什么不低才买。。。但那里有这么多如果leh 想问问现在有什么比较高质量的股票 ytb channel呢？除了陈剑老师外？
