A fourth interim dividend of 3 sen per ordinary share and a special dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share,
totaling RM18,400,000 in respect of the financial year ended 30 November 2023 has been declared on 24
January 2024.
On 30 August 2023, the Company declared an interim dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share
amounting to RM11,010,000 for the financial period ended 30 June 2023. The dividend is to be
paid on 29 September 2023.
