Overvalue, 卖的东西没有实际性， + 不耐， 基本上去了几次都不会再去店。 这样的店要增长需要开很多分行，但是利润却很低， 不是一个可以持续性发展的生意。 工资和货物成本会不停的上涨，管理层只能涨价，到时它就会失去了低价格的优势， 顾客流会转向其他竞争对手的店。 以它的派息形式来看，一个季度3%都没有，显示赚副真的很低。 目前的股价是overvalue, RM0.90-RM1.10 才是真正合理。
