Hi EJ, I agree with you 100%. EPF is major shareholder in both MRCB and Sentral. I think whatever buildings from MRCB to Sentral will be accepted. Why not Sentral REIT just sell off all its assets and distribute cash back to shareholders since its share price so low and much lower than its NTA?
company's earnings not good, but distribute high dividend this year could signify that cannot put cash into business for generating more income, and may be high dividend will benefit the major shareholder who keep buying own shares.
