I don't usually comments unless is necessary.

Their branch in Penang is the worst compared to other IVF centers in the island. customer service is bad, no system, staff don't know what to do and rude, hand written number.

From this, it is more likely their customers will consider to go to other IVF in the future if they don't improve.
So no point expanding business unless the internal management improves or else the profit will drop tremendously same as the share price!!
