EPF has ceased to be substantial shareholder as it has disposed most of it shares on 29/03.There is a possibility that GCB might pose a loss this year due to rising cocoa price, dwindling supply of raw cocoa & high finance cost as happened in 2014

According to the analyst at 1.88 it is over valued by 121.5% using the Discounted Cash Flow method.

Higher raw materials & interest expense due to new plant financing couple with slower consumer demand next year will eat up their profitability.
