According to the Circular to Shareholders, the exact date for the issuance of the bonus shares has not been determined yet. The Entitlement Date for the Proposed Bonus Issue will be announced later by the Board of Directors of Teo Seng Capital Berhad after receiving all relevant approvals. The Proposed Bonus Issue is expected to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2024.
