优先股不是普通股。由于每股收益 (EPS)是用来衡量普通股收益的衡量标准。

因此绝大部分的网站，软件在计算EPS是都不会纳入优先股。毕竟理论上，EPS的确不需要纳入优先股。

ARBB 在Dec 18发布了最多 1,008,150,000 优先股，而持有者能以 转换价20仙 转换成普通股 或 20个优先股转换成1个普通股。

在过去一年，持有者都是选择以20 cents转换优先股成普通股。目前已经转换了 179,666,400 units，还剩下828,483,600 unit。

以今天为准，ARBB的股数是246,876,400 units，假设剩下的 828,483,600 的优先股都转换成普通股。ARBB的股数将会高达1,075,360,000 units。

以最新4个季度，公司盈利一共是 26.943m, 股数 246.8m, EPS 将会是 10.91 cents。以股价 38.5 cents 计算，PE将会是3.53

如果公司能保持3Q19年的业绩 (8.3m), 全年将会高达 33m。以最多股数(1,075,360,000) 计算， EPS 将会是 3.09 cents，股价38.5 cents, PE 是 12.48

至于PE 12.48 贵不贵，那么就看投资者自己的眼光了。
