(“SA”), had on 8 May 2025 accepted a purchase order from Customer A (as defined in the Company’s Prospectus dated 9 October 2024) for a set of intelligent automated material management systems (material packing) integrated with vision inspection and robotics solution for the semiconductor manufacturer, for a contract value of RM7,138,000 (“Contract”).
