这意味着SERBA DINAMIK需要寻找新的外部审核师，而且要在11月期限之前公布年报!

审核最忌惮的是两件事情
1)auditor对年报持有保留意见“qualified opinion”
2)auditor辞职

虽然英文来说，qualified是好，unqualified是不好。但在审核方面，意思却是相反。
