Whether the current PBBANK share is cheap or expensive, it depends on where you focus on.

1) If you focus on the share price, comparing RM4+ with RM21+, of course it looks cheaper.

2) But if you look at the price over earning (P/E) ratio, it has increased from 16.4 to 17.3. This mean the share price is actually increasing and getting more expensive.
