Yes, I heard last few year everyone is compliant but this year is different. Shareholder thanks to management cause given 8 cents dividend, and hopefully more to come. Boss say KSL main business in Johor and advantage with lower land cost and HSR is coming, this year also alot of opportunity. Klang mall rental is around 50%, management will work hard to rent out as much as possible. No door gift but got lunch buffet.
