身为一个hold了MBSB近6年的人，我会说短期之内可以去到RM1是很难，除非有肯定的新闻、股息宣布变高、业绩超级美。

否则去听那些“专家”讲的，
可以去RM1、RM1.50等的都是仙家。
买在0.9以上的，心里素质要加油。

现实摆在眼前，RM0.035的股息，可以值多少的价钱？
以后当然可以去更高，但是至少不是现在。

看到很多高手拿出专业分析。
可是小弟投资理论简单：就是不要亏钱和赚小钱也好。

既然很大可能是0.035的股息，那0.86我个人觉得是顶了； 4%的股息率是黄金定律。

当然，不排除MBSB未来的增长。
只是如果你要长期的话，我建议在派股息之后，价格调整后再买。
只要超过0.85-0.86，那个价格 vs 巴仙率，真的不值得。

Agreed with the revenue is good. Good for long term investment, but not for short term.
