You are using 4% for both flat rate and reducing scale calculation which is not appropriate! Using reducing method the interest rate tends to be higher than that of flat rate. Housing loan is a good example.
PE=8.33, still has room for price to go up 15 to 20%!! The problem with this counter is their debt to cash ratio > 4 which is ver high!! Target price 1.65 to 1.80 range!
I would prefer higher or special dividend. Bonus issue is nothing to shout about after all the price will be adjusted accordingly. KS should increase their dividend pay out rate to 40% to attarct fund managers and instution investors. KS 's DY is only 2.5%!!! I think there is a possibility KS may go for privatization so share price lower is better to SOME!!
After bonus issues share price will be adjusted accordinly!! Nothing much really! I prefer higher dividend and introduce attractive DRP to benefit the minority shareholders.
