为什么呢？ freehold 和 leasehold condo 不是没什么差别 毕竟一间 condo 40年后 应该 也没什么人愿意住了

不过三房的 又high end condo 容易租出去么？ 很少有人会租整间吧 而且附近也有挺多condo 的 外加 又是leasehold 二手因该没什么价吧 不过地点不错 确实靠近购物 和大学

大概 RM810psf 3房的 租应该租金 RM3800 到4800 吧 1600多units 租出去的 Sunway Velocity 2 三房的都要 4500 到5000
