R R ... that is correct for LAND DEVELOPER. Plantation Company should buy land and plant trees. Their asset to be monetised are CPO and CPK. You want land speculator, buy such company.

I agree with p 1. As long as court case is pending, it cannot really fly. Merit of the case does not matter. It is still RISK.
