李金友金马仑土地被拍卖

（吉隆坡25日讯）丹斯里李金友名下一片金马仑的5.28英亩土地被公开拍卖，底价为185万令吉。

根据彭亨淡马鲁高庭2月发出的拍卖令，上述由李金友抵押给中国银行（大马）有限公司的土地，已于今早9时开放线上拍卖。

拍卖令显示，任何有意竞拍者必须要在开放拍卖前一天，先将底价的10%汇给中国银行（大马）有限公司，并在成功拍下土地的120天内汇出其余款项。

根据拍卖令，目前上述农业地只能用于种植蔬菜。

李金友为绿野集团（CHHB,5738,主板产业组）创办人，他去年初曾身陷破产风波，惟他后来强调自己并未宣布破产，将与报穷局合作解决问题。
