so depends on how director board and main shareholders (Hong Seng) play this game. But temporarily share price is either sideways or drop if they want main busuk.

2025 first quarter - budget hotel and (kajang) louver shoplet expected to be operating. Hopefully next year Classita can earn some passive income from this two project.

other developments completed in 2027, many years to go, can ignore first....
