Sentral Reits確實有拿股息虧股價的感覺，沒辦法畢竟只有辦公樓沒有工廠也沒有ShoppiNg Mall，比較單一也風險高

News reported that Sentral Building 2 at Cyberjaya still vacant. No income but still have to incure maintenance expenses. No sure when it will contribute income, better sell it off.

like taking your stock money u bought give back to you as dividen. u check last year price compare this year almost 10sen. 100k unit u lost 8k. dividen give back less than stock price lost. LPPL

REIT（产托）是我很喜欢的一类投资。

只要产托将90%以上的应税收入分派给投资者，一般就可享有税务豁免，把更多现金回馈给股东。

以我目前持有的产托为例，股息率约 8.3%。即使按我个人 26% 的税率计算，税后仍约有 6.4% 的股息收益。

对我来说，6.4% 的税后现金回报，加上长期稳定派息，已经很有吸引力。
