Sentral REIT has just released its latest quarterly results, and there’s a lot for unitholders to unpack! 🏦💻

While the headline occupancy rate has improved significantly to 89% (up from 85% a year ago), the REIT is facing a common challenge: rising utility and operating costs

REIT（产托）是我很喜欢的一类投资。

只要产托将90%以上的应税收入分派给投资者，一般就可享有税务豁免，把更多现金回馈给股东。

以我目前持有的产托为例，股息率约 8.3%。即使按我个人 26% 的税率计算，税后仍约有 6.4% 的股息收益。

对我来说，6.4% 的税后现金回报，加上长期稳定派息，已经很有吸引力。
