很多很多股像熟透的红毛丹, 风景很美, 但美中不足的HEKTAR 却不跟随BAUTO 、FPI 、SIME..... 等等,红彤彤的颜色比较好看, HEKTAR 这股算是跌很少罢了, 它还有股息不错啊!

HEKTAR revenue rose to RM30.9 million in the current quarter from RM28.4 million a year ago, with a 4.4% NPI increase supported by the new Kolej Yayasan Saad asset. NPI also improved 16.8% quarter-on-quarter due to higher occupancy and rental income.
