（吉隆坡19日讯）消息指出，共有3个财团提交兴建新山高架智轨列车（e-ART）的建议书给首相署的公共及私人界合作单位（UKAS）。

《The Edge》财经周刊报道，这3个财团分别为MMC机构-DOM工业（马）私人有限公司、WCT控股（WCT,9679,主板建筑组）-Lion Pacific私人有限公司，以及杨忠礼机构（YTL,4677,主板公用事业组）-SIPP Rail私人有限公司。

WCT控股和杨忠礼机构拒绝置评，而MMC机构未回应。

原本有意竞标的THETA公司（THETA,9075,主板科技组）-安康耐力斯（ANCOMNY,4758,主板工业产品服务组），洽谈已经在4月告吹。安康耐力斯转为MMC-COM财团提供支持。

该项目的合约预计在年杪颁发。

会看chart 的都知道，现在volume不够break 2.4, 如果上不去，很大机会retrace. 感觉票在慢慢放，所以一直徘徊，不上不下. 100亿的data centre 又没有分，IJM gamuda or sunway group 比较有potential. 如果warrant拿到的票放完，Tp应该在2. Invest at ur own risk, do own due diligence

散戶必須要團結，要跟投資銀行搶便宜票，而不是被他們嚇跑賣回便宜票給他們，如果投資銀行收不夠票他們就會被逼將母股炒高來高價賣call warrant
