MUI Properties annual reports 2024 directly owned Spring Hill land area as 4 million square meters = 1000 arces. 


The 1,000 acres of land has not been sold yet. If one acre of land is worth about RM1 million, the market value of the 1,000 acres of land is about RM1 billion.


Now market cap only RM287million

It’s so obvious that stock price already ran ahead prior to news and the tendency of a sell down is imminent of course people will take profit lo before out. Come on la try to be logic and don’t need to act sifu here. Just appreciate what people are sharing here. Don’t be a keyboard warrior instead

Considering MUI Properties' land sale from the 60% shareholding, and after deducting debt from the proceeds plus cash in hand, the possible value per share that could be used to distribute as a special dividend to shareholders is RM0.45 per share.
