可怜咯，看到上top vol，很久没来看就看下我的疯子老朋友。结果他还是在讲一样的话，我美股都赚两轮了，他还在这里。而且今天起，它又多一只股卖不出了，哈哈哈！

Google AI is right; his investment behavior is reckless. I blame myself for not stopping him from buying this stock at 90.5¢ back in October 2020. His risky habits will bankrupt him eventually. Why do retirees gamble their grocery money on US stocks for quick profits? I told him that he could sleep when it hits 0.5¢, but he insisted on buying at 90.5¢, hahaha...

Oops, the chance for 0.5¢ is gone if you did not queue before 9:00 AM this morning! Obviously, the sharks are in action, as roughly 100M 0.5¢ shares were pulled in the final minutes!

From the annual report, Morgan Stanley held 965,118,326 shares (15.15%) as of Jun 30, 2026. The exact shares confirm my speculation that the HK shark was holding the shares across four separate accounts (each < 5%, hence, no reporting). By combining Fintec’s 31% with Morgan Stanley's 15.15%, the shark must trigger a Mandatory Takeover Offer (MTO)! Since 15.15% is a proxy, no one will know he broke a law!

Q2 2026 revenue reached approximately RM17M with a 64% gross margin, maintaining a consistently high profit margin since 2019. While this may have disappointed some skeptics, The Arch's contribution was strong, coming in close to RM3M.

My friend was just complaining that business invoices now require an identification card! It really makes you think—owning good stocks beats running a business yourself because it's completely hassle-free! Who can argue against buying 0.5¢ shares is the cheapest way to own a piece of a business? Plus, stock gains are still tax-free for now, haha:)

You won't believe it, but The Arch Galeries actually has the best sound system! The "Heineken House" wine and music festival has chosen two event halls: Hall B (XOX Arena) will host the "Star Arena" with DJ Axwell, and Hall A (no name) will serve as "Star Club" with other DJs. Both halls can enjoy beers, and perhaps cocktails from The Arch ($$$), haha:)

In spite of the able management, the 90.5¢ valuation, a few years ago, was ridiculous, as it was no GENM. Hence, I told others to wait for 0.5¢ (RM31.86M market value) since the sharks could not hold the 60-70¢ range for long. With the completion of The Arch KL, the 0.5¢ or 1¢ valuation is justified or a good bargain!
