a lot of people are stuck at 0.265 and above. will bankers be nice to provide the exit opportunity? the boss is desperate by using nta as intrinsic value.
Baffling. Why Company share buyback as this should only be done by companies sitting on excessive cash ? Why don’t substantial shareholders buy up the “undervalue” shares via the market themselves ! Most of their cash/fixed deposits are either tied up as securities or needed as working capital (repayments of high borrowings etc.).
The interesting was whether company should use cash to paid off the dividend or make it share buy back? if the dividend was paid with 0.00125 per shares, if the money paid for share buy back with extremely undervalued price can create value more than 0.00125 per share. Why not? It’s not cash flow tie or excessive problem. Its choice of the management decided to create more value to shareholders.
Sukuk over Sukuk, Eddy. Basically, using Sukuk 2 to redeem Sukuk 1 due to fscr not meeting 1.25 times. Not surprising, assassin. Boss has cashed out starting Feb'25 when it was still "undervalued" and continue to cash out/hit with margin calls when it was below 0.50; deemed as "undervalued" based on recent announcement. And, there was also "investor" buying a small stake but media coverage behaving like substantial shareholder and big plans for Perak. Not sure where is the "investor" now. maybe building castle in the sky. Lol, no pun intended. Goreng2 will do and dont take it too serious.
@cheng, they can announce sbb plan but not necessarily execute the sbb. as for the owner, he has been acquiring the warrants instead which is irrational. yet to grasp what the owner is planning
dont have to waste time on the owner's plan when he has cashed out at "undervalued" price. Lol, no pun intended. The worsening receivables concentration and high capitalisation rate is masking the reality of the business?
